Arshad is our Global CEO, Head of Public Relations & Partner. He has over 2 decades of firm experience in Europe, South East Asia and Middle East. Prior to joining athGADLANG, Arshad has led the audit practice at BDO Bahrain as an Assurance and Business Advisory Partner. He has also been part of various Technical Committees and elected Technical Partner for Qatar, Oman and Bahrain Offices. He was associated Deloitte LLP UK and worked in the Banking Capital Market division of the firm. He is a highly motivated business leader with proven track record, technically astute, with the ability to grow the business and possesses sound financial services industry knowledge.

Sikander

COO - Bahrain & KSA

Sikander is the Chief Operating Officer at our firm, with over 25 years of cross-industry experience across the GCC and South Asia. He has held senior roles in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Pakistan, with deep expertise in operational strategy and market execution. Prior to joining the firm, he advised leading businesses in the trading and commercial sectors, working closely with owners and C-level executives to drive scale and efficiency. He is also an active mentor in the startup space, supporting founders with strategic insight and innovation-led growth. Sikander is a results-oriented leader with strong regional knowledge, a practical mindset, and a proven ability to deliver real impact.
